Account takeover via poisoned password-reset URLs

Password reset poisoning in Kanboard before 1.2.46 allows remote attackers to take over accounts through a crafted Host header. UrlHelper::server() uses the request-derived SERVER_NAME without validation when application_url is unset, placing the attacker-controlled host in emailed reset URLs. Exploitation requires a user to request a reset and follow the poisoned URL, which discloses the token and permits the account password to be replaced.
