Browser script execution via unescaped filter errors

Cross-site scripting in changedetection.io before 0.50.4 allows remote attackers to run script in a user's browser through a filter error. The watch overview marks compile_error_texts output safe, so an unescaped include-filter error is inserted into the page as HTML. Exploitation requires a user to open the affected watch overview, where the injected script executes in that user's browser session.
