Unauthenticated IP allowlist bypass via spoofed proxy header

Incorrect authorization in DNN Platform 7.0.0 through 10.0.0 allows remote attackers to bypass login IP allowlists via crafted requests. The login IP filter trusts an X-Forwarded-For value even when UserRequestIPHeader does not explicitly designate that header. The bypass exposes authentication to attempts from non-allowlisted addresses; valid credentials or another authentication flaw remain necessary to sign in.
