Remote code execution via shell-script interpolation

Command injection in JuliaRegistries Registrator.jl before 1.9.5 allows remote attackers to execute code via a malicious clone URL. The withpasswd function interpolates the GitHub-supplied clone URL into an executed shell script without neutralizing shell metacharacters. Exploitation requires a malicious URL returned by GitHub or injected through an upstream flaw, and commands run with the service's privileges.
