HTTP request injection via unvalidated URI delimiters

CRLF injection in JuliaWeb HTTP.jl before 1.10.17 allows attackers to inject headers or request-body data via crafted URIs. The URI constructor accepts CR and LF characters, and HTTP.jl serializes the resulting URI into an outbound request without neutralizing those delimiters. Reachability requires consuming code to pass unescaped attacker-controlled input as a URI; injected lines can alter downstream HTTP request parsing.
