Browser script execution via unsafe hidden-input construction
Published Mar 2, 2026 · Updated Mar 2, 2026
Reflected XSS in Chamilo LMS before 1.11.30 allows remote attackers to execute JavaScript in an administrator's browser via a crafted URL. The user-list table manually concatenates keyword_inactive into a hidden HTML input without sufficient attribute encoding. Exploitation requires an authenticated administrator to open the URL and press Alt+Shift+X on Windows or Linux, or Ctrl+Alt+X on macOS.
