Unauthenticated dashboard access via forged login cookie

Improper authentication in ThreatBook HFish 0.1 allows remote attackers to access the management dashboard with a forged cookie. The login.Jump check reads the configured administrator name and accepts it when it equals the client-controlled is_login cookie, without verifying a password or server-side session. An unauthenticated request carrying that administrator name reaches protected dashboard content and exposes management functions.
