Repository secret exfiltration via untrusted workflow code

Sensitive-information exposure in Timescale pgai before 8eb3567 allows remote attackers to exfiltrate repository workflow secrets. The .github/workflows/huggingface-dataset.yml workflow used pull_request_target to check out a fork-controlled head commit and execute its Python script with repository secrets and a write-capable token. A crafted fork pull request is sufficient; the exposed GITHUB_TOKEN permits repository modification and malicious code or release publication.
