Administrator file write via minimally validated path

Arbitrary file write in GeoServer before 2.26.4 and 2.27.0 through 2.27.2 allows remote authenticated users to write its master password. MasterPasswordInfoPage accepts an absolute java.io.File path with minimal validation and writes the plaintext password to a new file. Security-administrator access and the web interface are required; a writable Tomcat webapps path permits JSP-based code execution.
