Local crash via incorrect incomplete-enum test

Memory corruption in GNU Binutils objdump 2.44 and earlier allows local users to crash objdump with crafted debug information. debug_type_samep tests the always-allocated enum object instead of its names array when deciding whether an enum is incomplete. Processing a crafted object file therefore treats absent enum names as present and dereferences invalid enum data, terminating the local objdump process.
