Account takeover via unverified password reset

Improper authentication in Roadcute API 1 allows remote attackers to take over user accounts through its password-reset endpoint. The endpoint treats a registered mobile phone number as sufficient identity proof and changes the associated password without a token or one-time code. No authentication or user interaction is required; possession of a registered mobile number is enough to assume the victim's account.
