Stored XSS via unescaped id parameter
Published Jun 14, 2025 · Updated Apr 8, 2026
Stored XSS in YITH WooCommerce Wishlist 4.5.0 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to inject scripts through the id parameter. The bundled wishlist JavaScript processes the attacker-controlled id without sufficient sanitization or contextual output escaping. Contributor-level access is sufficient, and the stored script executes in a visitor's browser whenever the injected page is accessed.
