Root shell access via default-started Telnet

Improper access control in Tenda CP3 Pro firmware 22.5.4.93 allows remote attackers to obtain a root shell through Telnet. The /etc/init.d/eth.sh boot script executes telnetd, starting an unencrypted service on TCP port 23 without an access-control check in the script. Network access and default, weak, or otherwise compromised credentials are required; successful login exposes the camera's root shell.
