CVE-2025-52353Public exploitNetwork attack vector

Authenticated code execution via executable file upload

Published Aug 26, 2025 · Updated Aug 28, 2025

Unrestricted file upload in Badaso CMS 2.9.11 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to execute arbitrary code through Media Manager. The upload endpoint accepts a PHP-suffixed file containing PHP code despite content-type validation, and the web server executes it when its URL is requested. Access to the administrator portal and Media Manager is required; successful exploitation installs a web shell that runs system commands on the host.
