Service interruption via duplicate UE IP acceptance

Improper session handling in Open5GS 2.7.2 and earlier allows remote attackers to interrupt service via a crafted GTP-C Create Session Request. The SMF accepts a PAA address already assigned to a legitimate UE, then directs the UPF to install a second downlink PDR/FAR for that address. Unauthenticated access to UDP port 2123 permits traffic for the legitimate UE to be redirected to an attacker-controlled endpoint.
