Unauthenticated command execution via unvalidated timezone value

Command injection in TOTOLINK X6000R 9.4.0cu.1360_B20241207 allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary commands via a crafted request. The setNtpCfg handler stores the tz value in UCI, and set_timezone_to_kernel passes the value directly to do_system without validation. No authentication or user interaction is required, and commands run with the web service's privileges on the router.
