Unauthenticated SQL injection via unsanitized aremark parameter
Published May 27, 2025 · Updated May 27, 2025
SQL injection in PHPGurukul Small CRM 3.0 allows remote attackers to manipulate database queries through the aremark parameter. The update handler in /admin/manage-tickets.php places aremark input directly into an SQL query without sanitization or parameter binding, enabling time-based blind injection. Exploitation requires a crafted multipart POST to the administrative ticket endpoint but no authentication, allowing database contents to be inferred and data-modifying queries to run within the application's database privileges.
