Unauthenticated database access via unsanitized voter input
Published May 27, 2025 · Updated May 27, 2025
SQL injection in CampCodes Advanced Online Voting System 1.0 allows remote attackers to access and alter its database via voter input. The login flow uses the POST voter value directly in a MySQL query without validation, sanitization, or parameter binding. Authentication is not required; crafted values can extract, modify, or delete voting data, while time-delay payloads can interrupt service.
