CVE-2025-52207Network attack vector

Authenticated code execution via path-traversing upload identifier

Published Jun 27, 2025 · Updated Jun 27, 2025

Relative path traversal in MikoPBX 2024.1.114 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to execute PHP through a crafted file upload. The uploadFile method in PBXCoreREST/Controllers/Files/PostController.php trusted resumableIdentifier when constructing the destination path, so traversal sequences could place an uploaded PHP script outside the intended directory. Low-privileged web access is required; successful exploitation writes executable server-side code and grants control in the web-server context.
