Unauthenticated script execution via reflected session parameter
Published Mar 23, 2026 · Updated Mar 23, 2026
Reflected XSS in Znuny::ITSM 6.5.x allows remote attackers to execute script in a user's browser via a crafted customer.pl URL. The customer.pl endpoint reflects the configured CustomerPanelSessionName URL parameter, commonly OTRSCustomerInterface, into the customer login response without safe output encoding. No authentication is required, but a user must open the crafted URL; successful execution can alter displayed content, redirect the browser, or act within the affected application's origin.
