Application crash via unchecked IRCAM sample rate

Invalid numeric conversion in libsndfile 1.2.2 and earlier allows attackers to crash applications using malformed IRCAM files. In ircam_read_header, an unvalidated floating-point sample rate is cast to int; the published proof triggers an out-of-range conversion and SIGILL. Processing an attacker-supplied IRCAM file is required, and upstream testing has not reproduced the record's claimed out-of-bounds memory corruption or code execution.
