Unauthenticated file read via absolute path

Absolute path traversal in agorum core open 11.9.1.3-1857 allows remote attackers to read arbitrary server files without authentication. The dynawebservice getTemp action accepts an absolute tmpFile path and returns the referenced file without confining access to an intended directory. A network request to /dynawebservices/wsfiling/ is sufficient to disclose files readable by the service account.
