Credential disclosure via plaintext installation datasheet
Published Jul 18, 2025 · Updated Jul 5, 2026
Plaintext credential storage in Agorum core open 11.9.1.3-1857 allows attackers to obtain administrative and database passwords from a datasheet. The installer writes the mainadmin, demo, and MySQL root credentials without encryption or hashing to agorumcore/doc/agorum-core-datasheet.txt. Exploitation requires read access to that file, directly or through another flaw; exposure enables access to the protected application and database accounts.
