Unauthorized database access via unsanitized login email

SQL injection in PHPGurukul Employee Record Management System 1.3 allows remote attackers to access its database via the Email parameter. The loginerms.php handler inserts the submitted Email value directly into an SQL query without validation or sanitization, allowing SQL syntax to alter the query. No authentication or user interaction is required; the demonstrated time-based blind payload can query data and delay database responses.
