Unauthenticated database access via unsanitized emailid

SQL injection in SourceCodester Online Hospital Management System 1.0 allows remote attackers to read and alter database data without authentication. The check_availability.php endpoint inserts the emailid POST value directly into a MySQL query without validation, escaping, or parameter binding. No login is required; crafted boolean-, error-, or time-based queries expose or modify data within the database account's permissions.
