Administrator takeover via unauthenticated password change

Improper access control in D-Link DIR-820L 1.06B02 allows remote attackers to change the administrator password via a crafted LAN-side request. The ncc2 service accepts configuration changes at /get_set.ccp without verifying user identity and writes the supplied password to /var/tmp/cfg.txt. LAN access is sufficient to replace the administrator credential and then authenticate to the router's management account.
