Authenticated database disclosure via interpolated timelog

SQL injection in Frappe ERPNext 15.57.5 allows remote authenticated users to read database data through the timelog parameter. The whitelisted get_timesheet_detail_rate() method interpolates timelog directly into a raw SQL WHERE clause instead of binding it as a parameter. Any logged-in account can invoke the method through Frappe's RPC endpoint, while guest requests are rejected because allow_guest is unset.
