Database disclosure via unsanitized inventory dimension keys
Published Oct 1, 2025 · Updated Oct 1, 2025
SQL injection in Frappe ERPNext 15.57.5 allows remote attackers to read database contents via inventory_dimensions_dict. get_stock_balance_for interpolates each attacker-controlled dictionary key as an SQL column name without sanitization while binding only its value. No authentication or user interaction is required, and error-based queries can disclose database records; no service interruption is reported.
