Process crash via unchecked Half-Life MDL header

Out-of-bounds read in Assimp 5.4.3 allows local users to crash an importing process via a truncated Half-Life MDL file. HL1MDLLoader::validate_header reads the header->numbodyparts field without first verifying that the input buffer contains a complete header. Low-privileged local access and processing of the crafted file are required; the demonstrated result is an AddressSanitizer abort.
