Authenticated directory deletion via hard-coded encryption key

Arbitrary directory deletion in Chshcms MCCMS 2.7.0 allows remote authenticated users to delete server content through Backups.php. The backups/restore_del action decrypts an attacker-supplied dir value with the hard-coded Mc_Encryption_Key and passes the resulting path to delete_files without constraining it to backup storage. Access to the administrative backup function is required, and deleting chosen directories can disrupt the application or operating system.
