Authenticated browser script execution via unneutralized administrator name

Stored XSS in Realce Tecnologia Totem Emissor de Senhas 20250517 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to execute browser scripts. The Cadastro de Administrador handler in /adm/index.php emits the Name/Usuário field into page output without neutralizing script-capable markup. High-privilege access is required to submit the payload, and a user must view the affected page for the script to run in that user's browser context.
