Local code execution via unsafe torch.load

Insecure deserialization in HumanSignal Label Studio ML Backend allows local users to execute code by loading a crafted PT file. The BaseNN.load method passes its path argument directly to torch.load, allowing pickle opcodes embedded in an untrusted model file to run. Exploitation requires local low-privileged access and the application to load the attacker-controlled file, after which code runs in the backend process context.
