Unrestricted file upload in Llisoft MTA Maita Training System 4.5 allows remote authenticated users to upload files via a crafted URL. OpenController's this.fileService.download call accepts the attacker-controlled url argument without enforcing access control or restricting dangerous file types. Low-privilege access is required, and public records do not identify the upload destination or establish code execution.
