Process crash via premature MDL frame read

Out-of-bounds read in Assimp 5.4.3 allows local users to crash an importing process via a crafted 3DGS MDL file. The MDLImporter::InternReadFile_3DGS_MDL345 parser reads pcFrames->type before its late and incomplete file-size check validates frame and vertex data. Exploitation requires local low-privileged access and processing of the supplied model; the demonstrated consequence is a heap-buffer-overflow abort.
