Process crash via unchecked MDC vertex pointers

Out-of-bounds read in Assimp 5.4.3 MDC File Parser allows local users to crash an importing process with a malformed MDC file. MDCImporter::InternReadFile derives pcVerts and pcCVerts from file-controlled surface offsets without confirming that the required vertex arrays remain inside the surface block. Exploitation requires low-privilege local access and a process that imports the crafted file; the demonstrated consequence is process termination.
