Authenticated database disclosure via concatenated ID parameter

SQL injection in SEMCMS_InquiryView.php in SemCms 5.0 allows remote authenticated users to read database data via the ID parameter. The script reads ID from GET and concatenates it directly into an SQL statement without parameterization, enabling Boolean-blind query manipulation. Access to the administration area and a valid session cookie are required; the demonstrated consequence is extraction of database names and credentials.
