CVE-2025-51643Public exploit

Sensitive configuration disclosure via unprotected SPI flash

Published Aug 28, 2025 · Updated Aug 28, 2025

Information disclosure in Meitrack T366G-L firmware T366L_Y24H131V039 allows physically proximate attackers to extract sensitive data. The exposed Winbond 25Q64JVSIQ test pads accept unauthenticated SPI reads, allowing flashrom to copy firmware containing plaintext APN credentials, backend server details, and network parameters. Exploitation requires opening the device and attaching an SPI programmer; the demonstrated consequence is configuration disclosure, not operational modification.
