Unrestricted file upload in H3C SecCenter SMP-E1114P02 20250513 allows remote authenticated users to upload files via importFile. The /safeEvent/importFile/ handler accepts attacker-controlled logGeneralFile or logGeneralFile_2 content without enforcing upload restrictions. A low-privileged account can reach the network endpoint without user interaction; published records do not establish the uploaded file's placement or execution.
