Authenticated file disclosure via download path traversal

Path traversal in H3C SecCenter SMP-E1114P02 through 20250513 allows remote authenticated users to read files via a crafted Name parameter. The Download function at /packetCaptureStrategy/download resolves the attacker-controlled Name value without limiting it to the packet-capture directory. A low-privilege platform session is required, and successful traversal discloses readable server files without reported modification or service interruption.
