Authenticated database access via gblOrgID SQL injection

SQL injection in Chanjet CRM 20250510 allows remote authenticated users to access database data through a crafted gblOrgID value. The newActivityedit.php handler processes the request's gblOrgID value without neutralizing SQL syntax before a database query. Network access and a low-privileged CRM session are required; successful injection can read or alter database records and interrupt database-backed functions.
