Administrator impersonation via forged UID cookie

Improper authentication in WCMS 8.3.0 through 8.3.11 allows remote attackers to gain administrator access via a forged openid cookie. AdminController decrypts the client-supplied cookie, extracts its embedded UID, and passes that value to getMemberByUid before trusting the returned groupid. No prior account or user interaction is required; exploitation requires constructing the encrypted UID value and grants access to administrator-only functionality.
