Arbitrary file read via notebook path traversal

Path traversal in Dagster before 1.10.16 allows attackers with gRPC server access to read arbitrary files through notebook requests. get_notebook_data checks notebook_path only for an .ipynb suffix, resolves it with os.path.abspath(), and opens it without constraining it to the working directory. Access to the gRPC server is required; its default localhost binding limits exposure, while externally bound deployments expose readable host files.
