Site access manipulation via nonce-free settings handler

CSRF in Simple Page Access Restriction 1.0.31 and earlier allows remote attackers to alter site access settings via forged requests. The settings.php save handler accepts attacker-controlled settings without verifying a WordPress nonce or checking the submitter's capability. Exploitation requires an administrator to submit the forged request and can disable protection, change default content visibility, schedule plugin-data deletion, or set a redirect URL.
