Stored script execution via unescaped alias nickname

Stored XSS in Live Helper Chat 4.60 allows remote authenticated users to execute script through a crafted department Alias Nick value. The department assignment modal stores the Alias Nick value and renders it without output escaping, allowing injected HTML event handlers to run. Operator access is required to save the value, and script execution occurs when an operator or administrator edits the affected assignment.
