Stored XSS in Live Helper Chat 4.60 allows remote authenticated users to execute scripts in another operator's browser during chat transfer. The chat-owner transfer view renders a saved operator name as markup instead of escaping it before insertion into the receiving operator's interface. Operator access is required to save the crafted name, and another operator must receive the transferred chat to trigger execution.
