Stored XSS via unescaped Facebook page name
Published Jul 21, 2025 · Updated Jul 22, 2025
Stored XSS in Live Helper Chat 4.61 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to execute scripts through a Facebook page name. The Facebook integration stores the Name field without adequate output escaping and later renders it in integration settings. Operator access is required to save the payload, and execution occurs when an operator or administrator views or edits the affected settings, enabling actions in that user's browser context.
