CVE-2025-51397Public exploitNetwork attack vector

Stored script execution via unescaped operator surname

Published Jul 21, 2025 · Updated Jul 22, 2025

Stored XSS in the Facebook Chat module of Live Helper Chat 4.60 allows remote authenticated users to execute scripts in an administrator’s browser. The Operator Surname field accepts and stores unescaped HTML, which the Recipients List later renders when the operator is shown as its owner. Operator access is required to save the payload, and execution requires an administrator or other higher-privileged user to view the affected list; the resulting script runs in that viewer’s session.
