Stored XSS via unescaped Telegram bot username

Stored XSS in Live Helper Chat 4.60 allows remote authenticated users to execute JavaScript via a crafted Telegram Bot Username. The Telegram module stores the username and renders it in the configuration panel without HTML escaping, causing event-handler payloads to execute in the viewer's browser. Operator access is required to save the payload, and execution occurs when an administrator or another privileged user revisits or edits the Telegram Bot configuration.
