Service crash via unchecked stack-buffer formatting

A stack buffer overflow in D-Link DI-8100 16.07.26A1 allows remote authenticated users to crash the router via crafted GET requests. The qj_asp function retrieves the val parameter with httpd_get_parm and uses sprintf to place it in a 200-byte stack array without checking its length.
