Router crash via unbounded timeZone copy

Stack-based buffer overflow in Tenda AC8V4 16.03.34.06 allows remote attackers to crash the router via a crafted HTTP POST request. The form_fast_setting_wifi_set handler passes the unbounded timeZone field from the request to strcpy, overwriting its stack buffer. An attacker must supply an ssid value to reach the vulnerable path; no authentication or user interaction is required, and the documented impact is a crash.
